These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of LeadoxPro, a lead management CRM platform developed and managed by Vitacoders. By accessing or using LeadoxPro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
LeadoxPro is a custom Lead Management System (LMS) designed to help businesses — including education consultants, travel agencies, and digital marketing firms — manage, track, and convert leads efficiently. We offer a one-time setup at ₹10,000 and a monthly maintenance charge of ₹899, covering updates, bug fixes, and support.
To access LeadoxPro, clients must register for an account using a valid email ID and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity occurring under your account.
All payments for LeadoxPro services are billed as per the agreed plan. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once implementation begins. Monthly maintenance charges are payable in advance. Failure to renew may result in temporary suspension of service.
You agree to use LeadoxPro only for lawful business purposes. You may not use, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform or share access credentials with unauthorized users. Misuse of the CRM or data may result in immediate termination of your account.
All data entered into your LeadoxPro CRM account belongs to you. Vitacoders does not claim ownership of client data. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the data you manage complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
LeadoxPro provides ongoing support, updates, and maintenance as part of the monthly service plan. We strive to ensure 99% uptime; however, temporary downtime may occur for system updates or technical reasons.
Vitacoders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use LeadoxPro. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in the preceding three months.
You may discontinue the service at any time by notifying us in writing. Vitacoders reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
All software, design, graphics, and content related to LeadoxPro are the intellectual property of Vitacoders and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
Vitacoders reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of LeadoxPro after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
